Riverrun has been playing in the river-towns since 1997. A soulful mix of songs steeped in the folk and rock traditions of the 1960s 70s with socio-political lyrics and complex harmonies. They’ve morphed over the years to include many local musicians. Some playing in other bands for the tour. Their latest album: “Riverrun, Love is Stronger” focuses on our world today and deals with the feeling that that sometimes there’s no justice, but the power of love can overcome our struggles.
